Prof. Dr. Carlo Degli Abbati who served many years for European Commission and also worked as a faculty member in the Genova University made a presentation titled as "European Union: Historical achievements and perspectives" at the European Studies Institute on 12 March 2019. The chairman of the session was the Haluk Kabaalioğlu who is the Founding Director of the European Studies Institute. Academics and students from the Institute also attended to the meeting.
