Institute Board Workflow Process
1) Documents to be discussed by the Institute Board are collected.
2) Documents to be submitted to the board are checked and the meeting agenda is prepared, and the meeting place and time are determined.
3) The board agenda, along with the date, place and time, are notified to the Institute Board members in writing.
4) The Institute Board meets and discusses and decides on the agenda items.
5) The decisions taken are written down in minutes by the rapporteur.
6) The decisions written down in minutes are signed by the Institute Board members.
7) The signed minutes and their annexes are sent to the department heads and the Student Affairs Department with a cover letter.
8) The original copy of the Institute Board minutes is pasted into the decision book after the necessary actions are taken.
